BHT Environ Enters LOI with Datang Water
On April 12, 2017, Beijing Bohuite Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (BHT Environ) and Datang (Beijing) Water Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (Datang Water) officially signed a letter of intent for cooperation (LOI). The signing ceremony was witnessed by Zhang Pengyuan, General Manager, Yang Chunlong, Market Director, and other officers and department heads of Datang Water, and Pan Jiantong, Chairman, Lu Yang, Board Secretary, and other officers of BHT Environ. The LOI is focused on cooperation in PPP and EMC projects, the water industry fund, etc.
Signing of the LOI is expected to drive the strategic development of BHT Environ. Leveraging its strengths in wastewater treatment, BHT Environ will drive incorporation of its BioDopp and BioComb technologies in water projects of Datang Water under EPC, BOT, TOT and PPP contracts, coordinate strategic efforts of both parties, realize the strategic objectives defined by both parties for development in the water industry through strategic synergy. The parties will conduct in-depth cooperation in various forms on the strategic level.
In recent years, BHT Environ has worked actively in exploring the market, strengthening technology R&D, adapting to market needs, reducing costs, increasing efficiency, minimizing energy use and consumption, while keeping improvement and innovation in processes and technologies, which have been well received and highly recognized in the market and gained a rapid growth momentum. Leveraging projects for new construction, upgrade and expansion as platforms for technical implementation, BHT Environ provides customers with all-inclusive process package services for industrial and municipal wastewater treatment, all-inclusive process design focusing on biochemical technology, key patented and proprietary equipment, installation guidance, technical consulting, system commissioning, training and other technical services. BHT Environ has created a list of demonstration projects of its technologies in various sectors and regions.
Datang Water and BHT Environ have already maintained an amiable relationship before signing of the LOI. After many occasions of technical discussions exchange, project site visits, etc., the two built mutual trust and laid the foundation for cooperation, and finally concluded of the LOI.
BHT Environ, listed on NEEQ in January 2007, completed many projects through continuous efforts. Strategic cooperation with other companies is expected to complement its overall development plan, for maintaining stable performance and achieve fast development.
Signing of the LOI is expected to leverage their strengths in funding, technology and management as well as innovative investment and operating practices by both the state-owned enterprise under the State Council and the emerging high-tech enterprise, playing an active and far-reaching role for them to carry out cooperation in ecological and environmental projects around the country.
