The wastewater treatment plant of this project is responsible for collection and treatment of municipal wastewater of the Hengshui Lake area with a total proposed capacity of 10,000m3/d. The wastewater treatment system consists of the pretreatment section and the biochemical treatment section. The effluent of the biochemical treatment section is required to meets the requirement for quasi-class 4 surface water.
